2. Description of Service
PawPawStar is an AI-powered pet portrait generator that transforms your pet photos into artistic images using machine learning models. The Service allows you to upload pet photos, select artistic styles, and generate AI-created portraits. Generated images are provided for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed in writing. We do not guarantee that generated images will meet your specific expectations or requirements.
3. User Accounts and Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws. You retain all ownership rights to the photos you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process and transform your images solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
4. Credits, Payments, and Refunds
The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are purchased in packs and consumed when you generate AI portraits. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in US Dollars and are subject to change. Credits do not expire. All credit purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law. If you encounter a technical issue that prevents generation, please contact our support team for assistance.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by PawPawStar and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. AI-generated portraits created through the Service are yours to use for personal purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service's underlying technology, code, or design elements without express written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. PawPawStar makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the Service's availability, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall PawPawStar be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Any credits remaining in your account at the time of termination may be forfeited at our discretion, subject to applicable law.
